 Welcome to my Life Coaching practice!
Over the last 15 years, in my role as an attorney, college professor and public official, my Life Coach practice has evolved in the midst of providing insight beyond legal advice to business owners, community leaders, activists, attorneys, political campaigns, elected officials and individuals. This experience, along with my spiritual practice, led me to realize that I provide a unique perspective on decision making.
I provide an enthusiastic, positive and often humorous perspective on life and decision making to my clients. I have a passion for assisting others with what they perceive as problems, whether they be professional or personal. Instead of seeing them as “problems,” I see them as opportunities to evaluate their lives and assess where they really want to go. These “problems” provide the answers they are looking for, but the answers are often clouded by our emotions, which are triggered by these “problems.” I help them see their emotions as useful to their personal development.
I assist people in seeing that the answers to our questions lie within ourselves. It is not my role to tell people what to do or how to live. In order for these answers to resonate and change our lives, these answers must come from within. The capacity to create the life we want exists within us. I help people recognize this powerful tool we all have at our disposal.
